Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel a project if site conditions are unsafe, permits cannot be obtained, or if the scope of work significantly changes from what was originally agreed upon.

Property Access

By hiring our services, you grant TimberVista Manchester Deck Builder and our crew access to your property for the duration of the project. We will treat your property with respect and clean up work areas daily.

You are responsible for securing pets, removing valuable items from work areas, and providing access to water and electrical outlets if needed for the project.

Permits and Regulations

We will obtain necessary building permits for your project when required. However, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with any HOA regulations, local ordinances, or property line restrictions.

If permits are denied or additional requirements are imposed by local authorities, we will work with you to modify the project accordingly. Additional costs may apply.
